I think its completley random because when I clicked on it, it sent me to a kid's movie review blog. He doesn't have great taste in movies but it's nothing to write a warning about.

Of course I clicked on it...I got an Italian blog and I couldn't read or understand any of it.

Maybe the result of clicking on next blog is based upon your personality or something like that....
You just might have something there - movies, health, unknown - but I didn't realize you were Italian!
