Good Eat'n

This is a strange thing to blog about but I just had the best pickle I have ever eaten. My friend recommended I pick up a jar of Bubbies pickles. She claimed they were the best in the world. I am now inclined to agree with her. I hope it's not just a west coast thing. Oh yeah and they sell Australian Toaster Biscuits out here too! Turns out, they only sell them on the west coast now. Just one more reason for the Floridians to come out and visit me.

Jase, Tom & I have been eating Bubbies for years and yes they are the best. We are able to buy them here. What are Austrailisn Toaster Biscuits?

Australian Toaster Biscuits are sort of like English Muffins, but so much better. They have a kind of thicker texture and not as many knooks and crannies. They are fantastic with some Oregonian raspberry jam.

Other than my homemade blackberry jam being the best:), Oregonian raspberry jam is 2nd to none! That is another good reason to visit Oregon or maybe arrange with a great nephew to ship some to Indiana which I will gladly pay for!!

I heard the Oregon wine is also "the best". As for pickles,I always liked Claussen dills, but I'll pick up some Bubbies just on your word (and Linda's).
