Thank you, Veronica! I hope yours was great too. I really love the "girl manual". Dave smoked our turkey and he and our friend (a health inspector) determined the doneness! But Glen was surprised that I cut up the bird, not Dave. Who cuts the bird and/or meats in everyone's families? Glen said we were the only family he'd been to that the female cut up the bird. What about it, guys and gals?
